Union Workers Like what Dennis Martire Stands For

Dennis Martire has come a long way since his career began with the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA). He has been there since 1990, which means he has put workers first for more than 30 years now. Dennis Martire also serves on a wide range of boards and committees, including the American High Speed Rail Alliance Advisory Board, the Blue Ribbon Commission on Maryland Transportation Funding, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), and the Dulles Area Transportation Authority.

As part of his union work, Dennis is also closely involved with the Laborers’ Health and Safety Fund of North America (LHSFNA), he is a Trustee for the Mid-Atlantic Laborers’ Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (MALECET), and he is also the Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Organizing Coalition (MAROC), as well as Chairman of the Performance Management Committee. Dennis Martire also serves as a Committee Member for the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board, Board Member (PA WIB), among many other similar positions of responsibility.
